About Antoinette NottinghamAntoinette (Toni) Nottingham is a Talent Management executive with over 25 years’ experience in learning and leadership development. After 22 years leading learning in the utility industry, Toni followed her dedication to volunteerism and shifted her vocational focus to the non-profit, Health & Human Services arena. Currently leading Learning & Professional development at NET, a leading HS provider in Philadelphia, Toni is working to build leadership capability in the next generation of social services, behavioral health, child welfare, and community services leaders. Prior to joining NET, Toni led Learning & Development at a number of technology and utility companies including, Elwyn, American Water, Ellucian and XO Communications.

Recently obtaining her doctorate in the University of Pennsylvania’s Chief Learning officer Program, with research in the area of D&I – specifically workplace covering - Toni combines 20 years of progressively responsible corporate learning/talent management roles with advanced academic study in corporate learning, and as such is well versed in the theory, technology, programs, assessments and measures of organizational talent management and L&D.

A consummate developer of the skills, talent, teams, and strengths of both the people and organizations with which she works, Toni credits a pragmatic, metric, and outcomes-oriented approach for her success in building collaborative, strategically aligned and metric-driven learning programs, which have demonstrated broad - and measurable - corporate impact.

Active in her community, Toni serves on the boards of Trinity Medical System and Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital as a community and patient advocate, and as immediate past President of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia High School for Girls Alumnae Association, an 8000-member national organization that focuses on furthering the educational aspirations of young women in Philadelphia.
